Dear Affordable Connectivity Program Customer,
This marks our third and final communication regarding the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), notifying you that your benefit will expire at the end of this month as the program will be ending.
Starting next month, there will be a notable increase in your May bill as the ACP discount will no longer be applicable to your Adams Cable Service account. This adjustment applies to all ACP recipients who choose to continue their internet service, as our standard pricing will be reinstated. The increase may amount to as much as $30.00
When you enrolled for the ACP discount with Adams Broadband, you agreed to maintain your subscription under the standard service policies after the conclusion of the ACP program. However, you do retain the option to cancel or modify your internet service plan. If you wish to proceed with any adjustments, we kindly ask that you contact us directly. Our representatives are available to assist you via phone at (570) 282-6121 or email at frontdesk@echoes.net, accessible seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
