Dear Affordable Connectivity Program Customer,

We regret to inform you that funding for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is expected to be exhausted at the estimated date of April 2024.  This means April may be final month in which ACP will be funded.  The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau should have an announcement made in late February with a definitive date.

What does this mean for you, the Adams Broadband customer who receives the ACP benefit?  It will mean that your April 2024 bill may mark the last month that you will receive the ACP discount on your Adams Cable Service bill.

When you applied for the ACP discount with Adams Broadband, you agreed to continue receiving the internet service under the normal policies when ACP ended.  You have the right to cancel or downgrade your internet service, but you will have to contact us if you wish to do so.  You may call us at (570)282-6121 or email us at  We have representatives available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
