We have taken the necessary precautions to minimize exposure and risk including cleaning and sanitizing our buildings as well as our technicians’ vehicles; educating employees on prevention and the importance of frequent and thorough handwashing; and strongly encouraging employees who aren’t feeling well to stay home. We will be calling ahead of any scheduled appointment to confirm no one in your home is ill or has traveled out of the country recently. If so, we need to reschedule your appointment.
Effective Wednesday, March 18th, the Welcome Center will be closed to walk in traffic until further notice. Customers are encouraged to make payments electronically with a debit/credit card or checking account via phone, 570-282-6121 or the website www.adamscable.com. Customers who choose to place payments in the door slot of our office which is monitored 24/7, please place the payment in an envelope and include a payment stub or an account number, name and address written on the envelope. For customers having a hardship paying their bills because of the pandemic, customer service reps are available 24/7 to assist customers with a setting up a payment plan by calling 570-282-6121. In addition, no late fees will be assessed for 60 days.
